These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the nana4d platform. Please read this document carefully before registering an account or placing any wager. By accessing nana4d, you agree to be bound by these terms in full.

You must be at least 21 years of age and a resident of Indonesia to register and use nana4d. Underage gambling is strictly prohibited and any account found to be in breach will be permanently closed.
Each individual may maintain only one nana4d account. Duplicate accounts will be suspended and balances may be forfeited. Account sharing is not permitted under any circumstances.
Minimum deposit is Rp 50.000. Minimum withdrawal is Rp 100.000. Withdrawals are processed same-day for verified accounts via BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, and supported e-wallets.
All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal. Welcome bonus carries a 30x turnover requirement. Full bonus terms are detailed in Clause 6 of this agreement.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any other person. nana4d will not be held liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your account credentials.
nana4d will never contact you by email, live chat, or any other channel to request your account password. If you receive such a request, treat it as fraudulent and report it to our support team immediately at .
You may request the closure of your account at any time by contacting nana4d customer support. Upon closure, any remaining account balance (subject to completion of pending wagers and KYC requirements) will be returned to your registered payment method within 5 business days.
nana4d operates a KYC program consistent with international anti-money-laundering (AML) and counter-terrorism financing (CTF) standards. Verification may be requested at any time, including at the point of withdrawal, following a significant change in account activity, or upon triggering internal risk thresholds.
nana4d aims to complete KYC reviews within 1–24 hours of receiving complete documentation during WIB business hours (09:00–21:00 WIB). You will be notified by email upon approval or if additional documents are required.
Until KYC verification is complete, nana4d reserves the right to restrict withdrawals, limit deposit amounts, and/or suspend betting activity. Accounts that remain unverified for an extended period without reasonable cause may be closed at nana4d's discretion.

All bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and promotional credits issued by nana4d are subject to the specific terms communicated at the time of the promotion, as well as the general conditions set out in this clause. In the event of a conflict, the specific promotion terms take precedence.

It is your responsibility to verify the accuracy of each bet — including the selection, stake, and odds — before confirming. nana4d will not accept requests to cancel or amend a confirmed wager except in the circumstances described in Clause 7.3.
nana4d offers odds in decimal format by default, with Asian Handicap, voor bola (Indonesian-style handicap betting), 1X2, over/under, and mix parlay (multi-leg accumulator) formats available across all supported football markets. Odds are updated in real time and reflect market conditions at the time your bet is accepted. nana4d reserves the right to adjust odds prior to bet acceptance but will not alter odds on already-confirmed wagers.
A wager may be declared void by nana4d in the following circumstances:
In the event a bet is voided, the original stake will be returned to your account balance in full.
nana4d applies maximum payout limits per event and per bet type. These limits are displayed within the bet slip before confirmation. nana4d reserves the right to reduce stake limits for specific markets or for specific accounts where risk management requires it.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any content from the Platform without our prior written consent. Any unauthorized use of nana4d's intellectual property will result in immediate account termination and may give rise to legal liability.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, nana4d and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for:

nana4d collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of this Agreement and is incorporated herein by reference. By registering an account, you acknowledge that you have read and accepted the Privacy Policy in full.
nana4d uses 256-bit SSL encryption to protect data in transit and AES-256 encryption for data at rest. We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data to unaffiliated third parties for marketing purposes. Data may be shared with third-party service providers, payment processors, and regulatory bodies where required to fulfill our legal obligations or deliver our services.
nana4d reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, nana4d will notify registered users via email to the address on file and/or via a prominent notice on the Platform at least 7 days before the changes take effect.
Your continued use of the nana4d Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree to the amended terms, you must stop using the Platform and may request account closure in accordance with Clause 3.4.
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which nana4d is incorporated. For users accessing the Platform from Indonesia, nana4d acknowledges the applicability of Indonesian consumer protection principles where mandated by law.
In the event of a dispute between you and nana4d, you should first contact our customer support team at and allow us a reasonable opportunity to resolve the matter informally. nana4d aims to resolve all disputes within 14 business days of receipt of a written complaint.
If a dispute cannot be resolved informally within the timeframe specified above, either party may refer the matter to binding arbitration under the rules of an internationally recognized arbitration body agreed upon by both parties. The language of arbitration shall be English.
